For clarity... They didn’t kill her. They rapped her and put her on the street. She was so drunk and disoriented from the booze and trauma that she wondered into traffic on an unlit street and was hit by an Uber driver.
Thanks for the clarification. Will the law accuse them of manslaughter or second/third degree of murder for what they did to her? It’s certainly depraved indifference (a person’s conduct or behavior that is so reckless and lacks regard for the life, security and safety of others that it must be punished to the same extent as a crime resulting from the person’s deliberate and intentional desire to harm another.)
