Thanks for the clarification. Will the law accuse them of manslaughter or second/third degree of murder for what they did to her? It’s certainly depraved indifference (a person’s conduct or behavior that is so reckless and lacks regard for the life, security and safety of others that it must be punished to the same extent as a crime resulting from the person’s deliberate and intentional desire to harm another.)
I really don’t know because I’m not a lawyer or LEO. I’m sure the DA will put every bit of paper possible on them though. More clarity: at least one of those dudes is a white guy. The fourth is 17 and his photo hasn’t been released. Two of the four raped her, but all four say she consented. The other two were present and did nothing to stop their buddies. I have a feeling the outcome of this thing isn’t going to go the way most think it should.
