Memphis is a city that is 83% black. The city government and city services are virtually all black. They can’t really bark racism is a city government problem.

If someone in Memphis has a flat tire they bark racism. It's simple, they get free schit every time they cry racism so it's used often and liberally.

Guess again.

Baltimore has elected exactly one Republican at any level since before WWII. That was in the 1960’s (and he’s still considered the best Mayor since then)

They actually tried to blame Republicans for the Freddie Gray riots.
