Then, obviously, you don’t care that Russia leveled Grozny in 1999-2000. because Russia levelled Grozny in 1999 - 2000. Grozny was labeled the most destroyed city on earth.

All things being equal, would you grant to Ukraine the same absence of care re: Donbas? I mean, the situations are rather parallel, when you think about it. Yet, you are in high dudgeon about Ukraine. Why is that? Is it simply because of the players involved?
