Deputies have arrested four men in connection with the rape and subsequent death of a 19-year-old student Louisiana State University student who was struck and killed by a car following her ordeal. *** Two individuals, a 17-year-old and 18-year-old Kaivon Washington have been arrested and charged with third-degree rape.
In addition, 18-year-old Casen Carver and 28-year-old Everett Lee were also arrested and charged as accomplices to third-degree rape. *** The arrest documents also indicate that Brooks had a blood alcohol level of .319%

[O]ne of those charged with Brooks' alleged rape stated that he had a consensual sexual encounter with her after the group left Reggie's Bar in Tigerland in Baton Rouge following a night of heavy drinking.
Washington said that he and another teen had intercourse with Brooks in the backseat of a car while Carver and Lee were sat in the front seat.
Carver has admitted that he and his three friends drank at the bar before leaving with Brooks who was 'very unstable on her feet, was not able to keep her balance, and was unable to speak clearly without slurring her words,' the arrest document states.
However, Carver has also told investigators he believed Brooks was too drunk to know that she was consenting to sex and he 'hated it.'

Carver says they later dropped off Brooks in a neighborhood near the scene where she was hit on Burbank Drive.
She was killed shortly afterward after she walked into the middle of the road where she was hit by a ride-share vehicle at around 3am.

The driver who hit her has not been arrested and is not suspected of being under the influence.

We are fast approaching the Sodom and Gomorrah ignition point.
While Derbyshire’s talk is what I tell my kids, a discussion of black-out drunkenness is warranted too.
Universities are not a safe place to send our daughters. Haven’t been for several generations now.
One article says 4 were arrested, she was so beautiful.
My daughters will not be “sent off” to college, that is for certain.
If you see some blacks wilding, you better be armed or vacated.
Odds are, if there was any level of consent involved, it was to try and save her life.
Well she was four tims over the legal limit so why weren’t her female friends stepping up to help her ‘before’ those 4 guys when she got into the car ? It doesn’t sound like she took precautions for a night out drinking. I’m not blaming her but in todays world college kids need to watch if they go out drinking.
I was reading F.R yesterday and came across a comment and tagine the same “ We don’t have a race problem, we have a problem race “ seems to be accurate.
I am surprised that vigilante justice has not spread outside of the gangs on the cities.
These activities will cause more Charles Bronson imitators.
Sounds like she knew them as well....perhaps she agreed to go with them even though as drunk as she was they knew they could take advantage.
College girls don’t think much about preparing for a night out drinking.

I pity her parents. For the rest of their days they have to know their daughter died wasted, gang raped by a bunch of feral bLACKS, run over in the middle of the street, like human roadkill or garbage.

Interesting after they were done they were willing to take her to where she lived but she gave several addresses .....so they droppd her off close to one of them where she stood on the street until hit by a car.
Date rape drugs are far more common than most realize.
I’ve seen them in action and actually rescued two different young women who had them slipped in their drinks. I’ve had many wommen share their nightmare ordeals of this happening to them.
Any man who does this should be put in a prison with Bubba.
We went from one county away from a city thinking it was enough.
The schools are a disaster they’re putting in thousands of condos adding to packed schools and increasingly “diverse” environments.
So we sold this house and are moving another 25 miles out.
Remote work has resulted in us abandoning even nice suburbs for the sounds of roosters and a pond.
Unless there is corroborating evidence that can testify to their testimpny, it could be as likely they just threw her on the road when they were done with her.
I like roosters. I like to see chickens running loose. It’s a symbol of freedom.
