Roske told police he was upset over the leaked draft opinion on Roe v. Wade

Why does the thought of banning abortion drive men to thoughts of murder?

Outside Supreme Court Justice John Roberts’ house, at least three Marshals expressed concerns that arresting the leftist activists would have a snowball effect and prompt more activists to descend upon the neighborhood...

“More and more would come,” one Marshal said...

The authorities also expressed the belief that the judges in Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Maryland would toss out any cases brought to them involving the leftist activists who have been protesting at the homes of the Supreme Court justices

In other words, there is no "law" in the United States anymore.

It's mob rule now.

The title was overly dramatic — I thought someone got into Kavanaugh’s house. But that’s not what happened; he wasn’t “ambushed.” Nonetheless, I think the marshals should have stopped the protests because they were too close to his house, which I would consider intimidating a justice.

The protesters carried rainbow umbrellas decorated with pro-abortion slogans,

Doesn't that seem a bit contradictory?

Several of the Marshals, who did not share their names, told “The Daily Signal that the activists were not on Kavanaugh’s property, merely the sidewalk, and thus were not violating the code. The Daily Signal pointed out that the language of the code specifically says “in or near,” but the Marshals still said that the activists were within the law since they were on the sidewalk. The authorities also repeatedly mentioned the First Amendment and free speech and said that the activists had the right to demonstrate as long as they were within the law.”

They were given these talking points directly from Garland, I bet.

Sounds like a Bolshevik insurrection to me. Why is it that the Bolshies can get away with this bullsh*t but the MAGAs can’t? Double standard.

Sucks to be Kavanaugh I guess. Maybe the Supremes should have done something about that stolen election after all.

[[Marshals expressed concerns that arresting the leftist activists would have a snowball effect]]

But not arresting them is better? Are you folks the law or not? If they are breaking the law- arrest them- IF if prompts more protests, and those folks break the law- ARREST them TOO!

It’s gettign to the point that the only way law abiding citizens can be protected by law enforcement in this country these days is to break the law and be part of criminal operations- how aSsinine is that?

the marshalls are right, the local judiciary would toss any cases so long as the protestors are pro-abortion. now if they picketed Chucky Schumer’s house you betcha they’d be arresting folks right and left...

The Judge was confronted with their marching and their chanting, but how was he ‘ambushed’?
That term is usually used when a target has actually been struck or assaulted in a surprised attack.

I think it’s time for a commission on the DNC’s call for treason against the Supreme Court.

Start with Pelosi and Schumer...

Clickbait title. But with that said, if these people have no problem murdering innocent babies, it wouldn’t surprise me that the would murder a Supreme Court Justice. Why weren’t these people hauled away and thrown into the DC Gulag. Obviously, it was an attempt to overthrow the government. The Judicial Branch of the government is equal to the Legislative Branch.

If they had been anti-abortion protestors at Kagan's house, they would have been arrested immediately.

The shooting will start soon if this doesn't stop.

“...another Marshal suggested that the protestors would enjoy being “martyrs.”

I’m sure there are plenty of non-protesters who would enjoy them being martyred as well.

And while I would never wish death upon anyone, I will admit to cracking a smile every now and then while reading the obituaries.
