Negro vagrants in New York City who smash the heads of White strangers are released on community service. Not only that, but the woman (professor?) who threw a Molotov Cocktail in into a Portland police SUV with 5 officers inside was convicted. Her sentence was 33 HOURS of COMMUNITY SERVICE.
