A 6-year-old who shot his teacher allegedly told another educator he wanted to light her on fire and watch her die, according to a report.
Last month, the troubled boy nearly made good on his apparent murderous impulses, shooting first grader teacher Abigail Zwerner at Richneck Elementary School in Newport News., Va., officials have said. Zwerner survived.
Zwerner and other Richneck teachers said they had shared their fears about the child’s grave behavior with administrators, only to have their concerns downplayed or ignored, The Washington Post reported.
Zwerner had asked for support with the boy, and expressed concerns about his behavior, teachers wrote in online messages to Newport News Superintendent George Parker III.
Abigail Zwerner was reportedly finally released from the hospital this week. “She had asked for help,” one school staff member wrote in the chat.
“Several times,” another added.
The child, who was known to throw furniture and other objects in the classroom, once wrote a note to a teacher in which he told her hated her, wanted to set her on fire to kill her, the teachers union told The Washington Post. When she brought the disturbing letter to school administrators, they told her to drop it, according to the teacher.

I had no doubt what color this little hellspawn was.
The teacher will be taking an early, well-funded retirement. I hope she has a vicious bulldog for an attorney.
Unredeemable.
One of the pixels is Caucasian. Therefore he’s a white-black supremacist.
The next question is, if the parents were concerned, how did he have access to the gun....and how did he manage to tuck it in his waistband and remain undetected as they searched his backpack?
The only root cause explanation that makes sense is LBJ’s “Great Society” program in the sixties and the $20 trillion it gave away. Then the Dems figured out how a permanent underclass worked to their advantage and they opened the Democrat Plantation for business.
Those on the plantation quickly learned the overseer would stop paying if there was a daddy around. The plantation dwellers figured out massa paid a lot more if you spit out lots of new new younguns as fast as you could.
Then we were off to the races.
You can thank Lyndon Johnson for that.
This video was floating around a few weeks ago (just a couple of minutes). These kids will be going to public school soon.

I’d love to know more about his parents and home life
He’s got a great start as a leftist politician.
Reminds me of the movie "The Bad Seed". Sometimes kids are just evil. No other explanation.
Eventually, he will attempt a robbery in the presence of an armed citizen. Said armed citizen will shoot him. Several times. He will die.
And self-righteous morons on this forum will nitpick every shot fired, concluding that the armed citizen fired one shot too many and is guilty of manslaughter.
“The talk of setting the victim on fire is definitely a uhh, culturally specific idea.”
He had previously written a note to another teacher threatening to set that teacher on fire. That other teacher took the note to the principal who told her to drop it.
MANY other incidents. The whole article should be read.
I think its pretty impressive that he wrote the note.
Where did the kid get a loaded gun? I’m pretty sure his parents will be on the hook for that.
He needs to be executed ... publicly ...
The injured teacher is headed for a large payday, unfortunately at public expense rather that paid by the “administrators” who failed to act in the face of compelling evidence, almost certainly due to racial considerations. Anyone fired yet?
Before we judge his current actions, shouldn’t we look at the totality of his life?
After all, in the first five years of his life, he didn’t gun anyone or try to burn anyone alive.
It isn’t like he was always doing this.
There’s just something about a boy turning 6........
13/52
He is more thann “troubled”. He is a sociopath/psychopath. There will be no fixing him.
That tall tale by the family put out that they are responsible gun owners and the weapon was secured is nonsense. If it was secured, a six year old would not have taken it.
Disability? Nope, he apparently wasn’t disabled enough to be unable to locate a secured weapon and tote it off to the screwl to shoot the teacher he hated.
BS statement by an attorney to get mama out of liability for her negligence .
The kid is a little messed up monster.
