A very very very giant negative about the “warp speed” deal.
Who negotiated it, under what deparment did those negotiations take place, and did the WH know this forfeiture was in the deal??? THAT could become a 2024 issue.
This deal makes sense.
Pfizer refused US government money for vaccine development so had no reason to forfeit any rights.
Operation Warp Speed did place a large advance order for Pfizer's vaccine but it was contingent on the vaccine being shown safe and effective and getting FDA approval.
Pfizer limited what they took in order to maintain maximum flexibility.
Blackmail for access to the antidote
