Can you have Harry Potter without J K Rowling? The publishers and producers and actors enriched by her creation are giving it a jolly good go. As Spiked reports:
An upcoming Harry Potter spin-off game, Hogwarts Legacy, has been marred by controversy simply for its association with Rowling, despite the fact she had no creative involvement with it. Following an online backlash, one of the game's lead voice actors, Sebastian Croft, felt the need to declare that 'trans women are women and trans men are men', in order to distance himself from Rowling's supposedly problematic views.
That isn't exactly correct, is it? Trans-women are not merely women, but increasingly superior to mere women, not just in "women"'s sports but in beauty contests, at least in Steyn's home state of New Hampshire. The eclipse of women, and of women's rights, is well underway - and, as usual, institutional "conservatism" is steering well clear of the topic (it's yet another hill not to die on) and, in the case of Britain's ghastly faux-Conservative Party, actively colluding in the abolition of biological sex.
The very statement "trans-women are women" acknowledges the existence of a separate and distinct category - created precisely in order to be separate and distinct, as Mark recognised well before many others did.....

What I would give to know the thoughts of each of those pretty young ladies when that pic was snapped. This abomination is stealing their young womanhood as surely as a pedophile steals the life of a child. They will each carry some burden in future years as having participated in this sinful atrocity.
Good point. But I can’t imagine they want to be in the army to actually defend the country or anything.

I think JK Rowling should use her cosiderable writing talent and brand power to write a new Potter book where the enemy is the deep state and woke culture and the magical realm realizes it must reluctantly go to war in the muggle world in order to save it. Sometimes fiction is the best way to open peoples eyes to the truth - just ask Aldous Huxley or George Orwell.

Actually nobody considered him crazy, despite him desperately wanting them to. That was the joke.
But if he had been walking around on the streets of the USA like that instead of doing it to try to get kicked out of the Army, then yes, of course, everyone would agree he was a nut.
Except he wasn't crazy. He was bucking for a Section 8. But everyone knew better and he eventually gave up.
