THree people were charged, one turned states evidence and entered a plea of improper use of a firearm,
One other was also charged with manslaughter, one of the set directors .
Live rounds and blank rounds were mixed together and no one checked after the firearm reload.

And I haven’t heard much about anyone investigating why and how that happened. It makes no sense that live rounds should have been in there on a movie set.
