All to impoverish the American worker.
If I had hundreds if thousands, I’m not certain if I could stop myself from burning down the bank.
Sheesh, Don’t panic. It’s fixed
“Bank of America acknowledged that there was a problem with processing Zelle transactions, but said that it was resolved later on Wednesday.
“We did have an issue where there was a delay in posting Zelle transactions. It was resolved earlier today, so that all the transactions are showing in people’s accounts,” Bill Halldin, a spokesperson for Bank of America, told FOX Business.”
The reserve requirement for banks has been 0% for a few years. Many have very little physical cash on hand. Thank you fractional reserve lending imaginary bookkeeping money out of thin air.

Time magazine coverage on this Zelle payments glitch
Maybe this is happening in other banks besides BofA.
Maybe it’s happening to people with very small amounts in their checking accounts.
Something happened to me earlier this month that might simply be a malfunctioning ATM, and might have been something else.
I have a small credit account with Wells Fargo. I also have a savings account with them. On Jan.2, 2023, I deposited a business check to me for about $800 in a Safeway ATM.
I noticed it was taking the machine a long time to show me the total dollar amount of my check as it usually does.
I would see the total amount deposited in lower right corner. This time it kept scanning.
Finally, the machine instructed me to insert an ‘estimate dollar amount’. Which I did. I was told their was a system malfunction and Wells Fargo would need to ‘review’.
The review would be done within 10 business days.
That was a shock. I had already made plans to use that money.
After calling Customer Service, I was told the same thing over and over. The ‘review’ would be done within 10 business days. I asked to recieve a partial dollar advance on that amount.
They couldn’t do that, I was told.
I got emails daily with my Case Number.
But learned nothing new until about five days later, when the email said the ‘Review was complete, and my funds would be available starting that morning. Praise God! I thought.
I was also told I would receive a letter in the physical mail explaining what happened.
The letter came, and said nothing that I didn’t already know. Their ‘review’ was opened on X date and concluded on X date. Thank you for your patience!! They had the b*lls to say.
I still don’t know what happened, or how to prevent it in the future. I’ve already told that store manager about the ATM. Maybe this was nothing but a mechanical error from the ATM. Would have been nice if they had told me this.
Another reason to put all my bank account and credit card information on my cell phone……
I cannot for the life of me understand how or why anyone would bank with Bank of America.
Or Wells Fargo either, for that matter.
Are these people stupid? Have they had their heads in the sand for years now?
They get what they deserve.
When I turned 18 I started an account with Chase and had the opposite problem. I got a deposit for $25,000 and never found out where it came from. I ended up paying taxes on it and keeping it.
I fired BofA years ago when it was clear they were circling the drain. Maybe time to fire the other big boys, too. Certainly would not keep any significant amount of cash there.
The other key message is avoid ZELLE at all costs! Don’t trust any money transfer service or provide them with access to any account with major $$$.
If you still have an account with bank of America what’s left to say? We have moved most of our cash into hard assets and the mattress. I look for the four big banks not to be around much longer.
“Pull your money out of banks ASAP. They are all going to go under.”
Well, they definitely will if everyone tries to pull their money out.
Probably because that's where there real money is.

“Nothing to worry about, it’s only a test run.”
No financial institution is immune from having a technical issue. The real test is how quickly a financial institution can identify and recover to make things right when they do have an issue. This could have been a BoA issue, could of been a Zelle issue or a combination of both BoA and Zelle. Insiders know the dirty details but those details are generally not publicized.
Some years ago, BOA was in on a pyramid scheme for investing and such...no surprises here.
Glad I did. I get much better service (and interest) from a credit union.
Top bank executives talk to the Top Fed and Treasury. The monetary system is on shaky ground. Steps will be taken to ensure the tracks are greased to keep the whole thing intact. Diversify your cash and assets and have an exit plan.
A trial run with only digital money??????
