Worse, he ruined the entire USA as a place to invest money regardless of what party is in power. Would you invest billions in a 10-year project that will cover three administrations when one of them will likely cancel your project?
Biden made the US a very poor choice for any international company to invest.

The keystone was destined to end in Port Arthur Texas. Several big refineries were in the process of upgrading and expanding to handle the extra product. That process stopped. And those refineries would have to hire more operaters and workers. All of them union jobs.
Joe and his party screwed over a lot of union members.
I hope they remember next time.
