You did an excellent job keeping everything at your home running properly during that freeze. Even if it did mean going out in the frigid air to check on those well heaters. You can be proud!
Checking on those heaters 4 times each day/night was the worst. It was so cold and the wind was ripping most of the time.
Everything else was done before the cold blast hit, making sure everything was as ready as it could be. From there, all I could do was fret and hope I’d get through it all unscathed.
Get some good sleep tonight. I’m surprised you managed to stay awake this late since you had to get up so early. :-)
