Hall of Fame football coach Tony Dungy announced Wednesday on Twitter that he will be attending the March for Life in Washington, D.C., on Friday.
The two-time Super Bowl champion (one as a player, one as a coach) said he will attend "to support those unborn babies who don’t have a voice."
It will be his first time at the rally, and it has sparked criticism in the media.

All of a sudden Mr. Dungy a terrible person. Leftist media sources are now trying to smear him over all sorts of things from his past. Funny how they never brought any of that up before Mr. Dungy’s announcement.
So I’m thinking that the media is not upset about Mr. Dungy’s past. They’re upset about his attending the March for Life.
GIVE ‘EM HELL, TONY!...................
I guess the “tolerance” bumper stickers should all be removed.
Anyone to the right of Stalin or Mao is now a “far-right extremist”. If you don’t want to be one, you must bow to your new god, who goes by the name of Soros.
One honest, decent man carrying a light in the darkness.
If we all embraced these silly labels, instead of trying to defend against them, the far Left would be disarmed.
So I'm a right-wing extremist? So what?
Hopefully he doesn’t change his mind with the backlash that is sure to come.
He takes the Christian positions on abortion and sexuality, which until fairly recently were also the positions of decent societies, so of course he will be attacked. By failing to embrace unnatural sexuality and refusing to bow down before the bloody altar of abortion, he is a dangerous infidel by today’s standards.

Ha! Classical liberals valued different opinions: “I may not agree with what you say, but I’ll defend to the death your right to say it.” (Evelyn Beatrice Hall)
Today’s liberals demand complete surrender to groupthink, or else. So Dungy might lose his NFL analyst job on NBC over this dust-up. I’m sure Dungy knows that, and is willing to take the hit.
Says alot about NBC if that happens.

The left-—hiring a black man super bowl coach breaks the glass ceiling.
The left-—Finding out the same black man is a conservative—he’s a right wing extremist”.
Always liked Tony as a nice soft spoken coach in a world of screamers. Like him even better now.
Blacks are the Left’s sacred voting block. If any escape the plantation they need to make an example out of them.
This writer Dave Zirin, isn’t a sports writer, he’s a political writer that writes about politics in sports.
A wanker.
Great to hear.Yet more proof that not *every* well known person in the country is a delusional, amoral punk.
He was often the coach of an opposing team to my Jaguars, but a good guy, and now one of my favorite people!
There will be more eyeball-raising events coming up as the Super Bowl comes nearer. This event is planned. Unplanned: what if some star player(vaxed) drops?
And I'm a proud deplorable.
“Dave Zirin, sports editor for The Nation”
LOL- what sports does the nation cover?? Taliban volleyball??
Pakastani cricket??
Bingo!!!
I’ve had more than a few liberals call me “racist” because i don’t agree with them. My response has always been to laugh and reply “thank you”
