Note that the tubes are calibrated in POUNDS of horse, for something like a “standard” dose. So a full tube has the number 1250 at the max marking, for a 1250 pound horse, and the standard dose for a human is the same (PER POUND).
There are larger and smaller proportions of the dosage, but the simplest thing is pound for pound. 200 pound human correlates to the 200 mark on the tube.

I wish I could, but I have neither experience nor expertise in “long haul COVID”.
What I can offer is this:
1) If you can read a dosing label listing animal weights.
2) If you know your own weight.
AND
3) If you can set up and balance a proportional equation you will know what is your safe dosage.

One really needs to keep an eye on loved ones in hospitals and nursing homes. The Culture of Death is strong there. Abortion eventually cheapens all life. There are some good people working in hospitals and nursing homes but there is also a post-Christian, post-human attitude which sees no value in suffering and has been duped/tempted into seeing the elderly, the sick and the handicapped as of lesser value because they’re unproductive, “useless eaters,” as the monster Hitler called them.
The commonest dose is pound for pound. There are variations.
It’s a lot more than the 3 mg pills that seem to be all that’s available at non-compounding pharmacies.

How do you perform an assay on pharms from India?
I would trust a US-mass-market animal formulation perhaps before stuff from India.
But I would like to be proven wrong.
You can buy Ivermectin w/o a prescription in Tennessee in compound pharmacies. Even prophylactically. So if you’re close (like Kentucky or Georgia) you can drive over the state line and purchase it.
A simple and cheap over the counter remedy has had major studies prove its effectiveness.
Rand Paul has also tried to help bring attention to it.
Ivermectin is of course another well known remedy, but requires prescription.
These options may not work for everyone, but having them at home and trying them fist is better than doing nothing.
Yes, basically every notch is 50# for the Durvet, and probably others. But folks should know how to do the math on their own, it isn’t that hard.
When I do the dogs monthly dose, I split one notch’s worth between them. They’re 20-25# each. I take 4 notches worth for prophylaxis.
