Ed Snyder was the owner of the Flyers from its inception. Besides the continuous goal of the Stanley Cup and building the Flyers (once) winning legacy, Snyder also had a passion to be very charitable in the pursuit to fight Cancer and promote youth hockey. Once he passed,the Flyers along with the NHL in general become embarrassing in total woke behavior and policy. No surprise that Flyers hockey is trash now.
As a New Jersey Devils fan I always hated the Flyers, but I also had to grudgingly respect their colorful and storied history.
