No doubt SOME are. And I’m willing to believe that a somewhat smaller percentage of SS have been corrupted and politicized than the percentage in certain other agencies (e.g. FBI, DOJ, EPA, IRS...)

But EVERY SINGLE FEDGOV AGENCY has been politicized and corrupted (and bloated!) to a significant degree, over the past 3 or more ‘Rat administrations — INCLUDING the Secret Service.
