I remember while stationed at Patrick AFB in Florida overseeing the Cape and the Eastern Test Range it was not unusual to hear of Russian “fishing vessels” just outside territorial limits that had a lot of antennas for a fishing boat that never seemed to catch any fish. Everyone knew they were gathering intel, the same way we did to them.

As if this is somehow unusual.

Maybe we are hearing about this because this case could be "unusual".

At Vandenberg we knew there was going to be a classified launch because of the russian trawlers suddenly appearing at the 3 mile limit.
