For those not old enough to remember. The Watergate burglars were there to plant listening devices in the democrat headquarters. What I never understood was, why? Nixon went on to a 49-state victory. The election was never going to be close. McGovern was way too radical for the America of the time.

But we were told by the media who had been out to get Nixon from his days in Congress because he helped uncover Alger Hiss, that the coverup was worse than the crime.

Now we have a media that is doing its bit to cover up all stories that might prove bad for Biden and his family.

One explanation in various books (not for certain) is the supposed reason was his team thought they would be pleasing Nixon-—who did not know about it until later.

He had an enemies list and was touchy about anyone trying to do him ill so the crew believed he would be happy if they uncovered what the Dems were doing. Not necessary for Nixon to win, of course.

And the preposterous story of the intrepid investigative
journalist heroes Woodward and Bernstein somehow uncovering this scandal neglects the fact that just like the press versus Trump, they already despised Nixon and looked every hour for anything to make him look bad. Parents were Communists and traitors in the case of Bernstein, teaching their Commie son to hate patriots. Sylvie and Alfred Bernstein, members of the Communist Party since the 1940s and civil rights activists. Total trash.

Here's a case where Biden is stealing intelligence documents related to Ukraine (they admitted that) while Hunter Biden was being paid lots of cash to do nothing by Ukraine. Hunter was also doing nothing for loads of money for other countries and I'll bet some of those countries were also part of the stolen document caches that Joe Biden brought home.

This is 1000x worse than Watergate ever was.
