So this Democrat politician’s solution to their constituent‘s “issue” is to take away the right of every parent in the state of Massachusetts to make health care decisions for their underage children. That must be one very, very, very, very important constituent (assuming “they” even exist).
Did State Representative Ryan consult with any other constituents in his district before proposing this far reaching legislation?
Of course, this is simply the tip of the wedge for overturning parental rights over their children entirely. Once you allow one medical treatment to be administered without parental consent, what other actions would suddenly become “medical treatments” with the connivance of activist medical professionals, educators, and politicians?
There is currently a lawsuit (next door in Connecticut IIRC) over failure to notify parents about a young teen being “transitioned” by his/her/its school. Under this legislation, would trans hormones and hormone blockers suddenly become “vaccines?” How about the irreversible surgeries? Would the state seize custody of children in order to provide these “medical treatments” as well?
BTW, as the article mentions later, who is responsible if “things go wrong” after the vaccines are administered? The underage child cannot legally and financially assume responsibility. So, who does? Oh, suddenly the parents are important again because, by law, …

Not really if you think about it. The full education of a child starting way before they can decipher what anything is to well past the expected education ages is an ongoing thing for one purpose...to create votes. The destruction of barriers to it are being “legally” taken away starting back in the 1950’s with Madeline O’Hare. It was at that point they no longer tried to keep it under cover and blatantly challenged people to live their own lives while understanding the government at all levels was taking them away, most through the court system.
And once they establish a lower age of understanding the world around them, even though they don’t, it offers an opportunity to lower the voting age to 16 with children brain fed with liberal lies not even out of high school yet where they are being taught to learn, not to learn itself. And this process has been in existence since the 1920’s first in large populated areas and now to the little towns across the country through the mass education of public controlled schools. It’s erosion and like the falling of dominoes.

I do think there would be a lot less abortions if parents were able to put their kids to work so they’d be assets instead of liabilities for 18 years.

Well you don’t have to dig your heels in.....obviously allowing kids to decide is off the scales. I watched a young gal trying to resisit the 5 nurses and her own mother from getting this shot....but of course she may just not like shots.
However IF this becomes possible that these kids can get it.....then they should alsop be allowed not to. But neither is going to happen.
In his defense he owned a lot of stock in the drug maker. Texas wants to have an image of freedom loving individualists. In reality it is a government sized second only to California. The difference is that the republicans are populists so while they like big government they also have pro business and pro citizen policies.

The goal of the left is to have parents take care of kids while they are still in diapers. (They don’t want to change diapers.) But as soon as the kids are out of the nappies the State wants them so it can rip the moral principles out of the kids’ heads and turn them into atheistic, compliant sheep.
Parents are there to do the work and pay the bills. As soon as they can eliminate parents, they will, and all reproduction will be done by the State. So there will be no parents who can teach the kids moral principles or that evil hated thing called religion.
