“They need to respect the child’s opinion in what they FEEL is best for their bodies”
Feel? Really? That sums up liberalism in just one word.
What if the feel they want a drink? A cigarette? A tattoo?
After all those are feelings too.

I’m not sure what the age was, but didn’t Governor Rick Perry try to pimp Gardasil on underage girls?

12 year olds should serve in the military too. That’s the way it works in every other banana republic. Let’s not forget, 12 year olds should work too, for pennies a day.

Wonder why they are working so hard to take away more and more parental consent? A Real mystrery.

These parents are going to be angry when their kids start dying of early onset heart disease. Randomly falling dead at sporting events. Yes, there might be some blowback!🤬

Makes them "good" "Global Citizens" whose first allegiance is to Big Brother. Easier to program without that pesky parental influence.

Communism desires full state control over children.
Parents are just breeders working for the state.
This is precisely the game plan the left is implementing in a dozen different ways.

Sounds like Rick Perry’s scam to require HPV vaccinations for all girls in the state starting sometime in grae school.
The link was one of his advisors back to Pfizer I believe. nudge nudge wink wink help with your campaign stuff.

I really dislike laws that assume different ages for consent/accountability.
12 for vaccines? 16 for sexual and to drive? 18 to get drafted, sign contracts? 15 to abort your child? 14 to take hormone blockers? 16 year old “tried as an adult?” 21 to drink?
Adult should mean adult. 18 works for me, and Romeo/Juliet works for me, too. Otherwise, if you want to be treated as an adult, sue to become an emancipated minor. Otherwise, you are a minor and not making adult decisions (nor do you have adult liability).

Why not sex, too? If a kid that young can elect to get a vaccine or elect to pretend he or she is the other sex, then why do we have pedo laws at all?

Glad to see this- why?? Because Connecticut was dumb enough to vote these morons into office and they knew what was coming. My only hopes are the kids who get these shots without parental knowledge are parents who voted for Da Nag Dick Blumenthal, etc

Because this basically amounts to child sacrifice -
would this not violate the separation of church/religion and state
because this is little different than the ancient practice
of sacrificing babies alive on a burning hot statue of Baal?
(Which was of course done thousands of years ago.)
Humanity is showing itself to not have advanced one iota in all that time.
Nauseating and repugnant.

Just sayin...
