I would defund the FBI from any operations not involving the Special Counsels, FOI Requests, Inspector General Investigations, Court Required Continuing Litigation and Discover, responding to Congressional Information Requests, and reallocate the remaining Funds to Border Security which can have the personal reassign to them to Support their mission.

McCarthy needs to anticipate that Biden will not agree to anything. Thus, it's critical that they begin yesterday getting out their message and strategy of common sense fiscal reforms that Americans want, they need to start marketing.
