Former President Donald Trump lashed out at evangelicals for not supporting his latest presidential campaign, saying it was a “sign of disloyalty” after he appointed three conservative Supreme Court justices and made their long-held dream of overturning Roe v. Wade possible.
Trump, 76, told Real America’s Voice’s “The Water Cooler” Monday that the religious bloc of voters who were key to his 2016 victory have not yet come out to back his 2024 White House bid.
“That’s a sign of disloyalty,” Trump told host David Brody. “There’s great disloyalty in the world of politics, and that’s a sign of disloyalty.”

What other group comes close to supporting Trump as the Evangelical voter, what group are you of that gives 80& plus to the GOP candidate?

Lot of accusations but that doesn’t change a thing. The
results are what they are. The electoral college voted
and the count favored Biden.
That by far was not a normal Presidential election by far. The
events leading up to the election, lock downs, vote by mail
in many cases, etc changed the process, thus the results may
or may not have been the same had it been a normal election.
We’ll never know and accusation don’t change a thing if things
need to be changed and aren’t. We live till we die, our span
isn’t that long on this earth. Have a nice evening.
Yes, it’s mostly the EverTrumpers who concern me, more than Trump. I mean, I’ve never been a fan - skeptical in general about politics and not crazy about several personal issues - but if he is the choice, that is it for me.
I feel like John Adams, worried about worship of George Washington. He was ok to be concerned about people behaving that way, although it was ironic - Adams was quite egotistical and wanted love for himself. Meanwhile Washington really was an ideal man, and worthy of the reverence, for he would not falter from principles of freedom. Very lucky in that regard. Trump is not nearly that great a man. (Washington is the most revered man in our history, perhaps all time, until recently; and Adams does deserve more accolades than he gets.)
No, we like winners and right now, Trump ain't winning.

Honestly what do you expect? He backs a known republican name only Kevin McCarthy. Why he had gone for him was that he was fighting the deep state now it looks like he’s not only in bed with them but making the very same mistakes that he made as a president
Caesar learned that Christians are loyal to God, not man. His solution . . . feed them to the lions. However, God proved that He was King. I would hope that Mr. Trump doesn’t end up on God’s bad side.
One can prefer someone else to Trump in 2024 without being a “Trump Hater”. If Trump and his die-hard supporters don’t know that, they will simply lose MORE support. You cannot brow-beat or call-names to get people to vote for you...

Well said. I’ve tried to explain this to central_va and his fellow “Trump Allegiance Police Force” members several times. But, like their master, they demand 100% compliance, and loyalty. Which they’re never going to get, especially when Trump keeps making mostly mistakes, one after another.
And this will inspire loyalty, devotion and goodwill in WHAT way, Mr. President? Sometimes I just wish the man would shaddup.
