I was under the impression that an employee could leave a job. If I recall correctly there is a constitutional amendment against slavery. If your employer wanted you to be vaccinated your didn’t have to be vaccinated. The beauty of the free market is you can always look elsewhere.

Unless your divorced, forced to pay alimony and a judge tells you if you quit your job because you refuse to take that poison you're going to jail for non-compliance.

Whomever this has happened to would have a pretty good appeal ready made it seems. So you are saying to be clear that a judge forced a vaccination in a court order based on alimony? I would love to read the ruling on the motion. As court proceedings are a matter of public disclosure perhaps you would provide the case, case number and jurisdiction so we can all have a look at the order.

If it is as you say, I will be the first to contribute to a defense fund for this individual
