What will the UK have left?

Its army is already at its smallest in 200 years.

The British army is 3/4 the size of the USMC and has no Divisions, only regiments.

From what I have read the uk has close to 140 challenger tanks they no longer require, the US is retiring the Stryker nd has something like 1000 excess bradleys Poland is converting to K2s and Abrams’s and I think they hav several hundred leopards
What I find fascinating is all the people who talk about these countries donating/selling military hardware to Ukraine are gutting their militaries by sending this stuff, well isn’t this what the stuff was for? If it was made for a fight with Russia and there is a fight with Russia seems like it is being used for its purpose.
Russia has lost some 10000 pieces of equipment and probably close to 2000 tanks and they are at the point of pulling t-62s out for the boneyard. 1000s of missiles and rockets have been expended millions of rounds of rockets and artillery ammunition. Planes and ships have been lost and 10s of thousands of soldiers have been killed or wounded to the point that Russia is having to mobilize 100s of thousands more.
All of this in taking on a much smaller country.
Despite what many say the Russian economy is hurting, petro revenue which is the majority of their income is way down, second is military exports which is way down and frankly whenever this over can’t imagine the track record will inspire many new buyers
Their ability to replace loses are small
When conscripts start coming from White Russian areas and start coming home in body bags what will happen to real public opinion
Putin is in his Stalingrad moment and perhaps even more appropriate his Kursk moment. He wants a win no matter the cost and he may get it
But at what cost, does Russia really threaten Poland now, can he keep all the different groups that make up the federation together or will a weakened Moscow/Putin reside over the next breakup of Russia

Why does UK need an army? The USA will protect them and the US Army is invincible. No one on Planet Earth can beat an American Warrior!
