There are no NATO troops in Ukraine.
That's because Russians can't fathom the concept that they are being held back and in many cases pushed back by Ukrainians.
Ukrainians were looked down upon by Russians as the poor cousins and it was assumed they would be a pushover
They weren't, so Russians are trying desperately to say anyone but the ukrainians have defeated "mighty" Russia

NATO countries, correctly, awoke to the realization that “left unchecked” Putin’s imperialist land-grab was a threat to European stability and could not be left to expand as Putin sees fit, whenever he sees fit. They aren't going to be in the war unless Putin attacks a NATO country, but they are going to support Ukraine while Ukraine fights off the Russians
