I was aiming at his right arm but he ducked to the right and the bullet hit him in the chest near the heart. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The bullet missed the arm and went through the heart......

My wife was running the radios on a SWAT dispatch to a trailer. A woman, two children and an armed male felon. The guy had a 12 gauge and a 357mag revolver. He fired the 12 gauge making a pretty large hole in the trailer. He fired the 357mag at least 3 times. One struck an officer in the back...directly over the heart...but was stopped by his vest. The same guy got hit again on his vest breaking his left clavicle. A different officer took a 357 round to the butt where it remains today...inoperable. Two wounded. No deaths. SWAT action called off. The felon was arrested in an adjacent county the next day.
