I don’t think she’s running for anything in 2024 — except (perhaps) to be the VP candidate on the GOP ticket.
This is the problem with all these “normals” on the national political scene (and Noem might be as normal as you’ll ever get in politics). They are basically flat broke, so they can only succeed in politics by selling out to people and business interests with a lot of money.
