This is going to get very confusing.

State of California is working on some kind of reparations plan. But now we see the city of San Francisco doing something similar? Will beneficiaries be able to collect both from the city of San Francisco and the state of California?

And a few other cities around the country have talked to reparations plans as well. And then what about if there is ever a federal reparations plan will people be able to double dip and triple dip in getting benefits from these various plans?

I'm moving to San Fran and declaring myself an African american whose family was forced out of San Fran.
Because if they are paying long time residents, then they must pay the descendants of those forced to flee San Fran and denied their place in the community.
