Opposition head Yair Lapid has sharply attacked Prime Minister Netanyahu, alleging that he never made clear his intentions to reform the judiciary prior to elections.
"Benjamin Netanyahu said yesterday that millions of people voted in favor of the judicial reforms they are proposing. That's a lie. I won't call him a 'liar, son of a liar' as Smotrich did, but this is a lie stated by someone who is weak and is trying to deceive his voters.

Bibi won in a landslide, for that strange system, by the loser that got his ass handed to his coalition.
The voters of Israel are a strange breed with so many Jewish communists living surrounded by millions of mooselimbs that want them removed from the face of the earth.
I have never understood the liberals of Israel living in that tiny country started by outcasts that survived the holocaust, living within the confines of a place that is only 85 miles wide {at it's widest point}.
Those survivors should thank God for Bibi and strong Jews like him.

I was thinking the same thing. He didn’t tell them that the left was a bunch ofloud mouth liars and crooks, and they cared more about their standing in the world than the sanctity of the Jewish Nation.
That’s right. Normalcy only appears extreme to leftists. But it is not extreme at all — just normal.
Netanyahu got about same percent of votes as he’s been getting the last few and frequent elections.
The margin of victory came from increased support for the various religious parties. Those parties’ platforms and intentions were very well known, and those parties were in a position to insist on reforms, just as Lapid’s minority party insisted on their policies when in the same position.
Yes, they’re really calling defeat in a free and fair election ‘the end of democracy’.

Last I checked this exact reform of our out of control deep state courts is exactly what Bibi ran on.
People think USA courts are bad. Ours were taken over by a minority of woke commie gay radicals 40 years ago. This is reeling in a small fraction of their overreach.
It’s the same international political party.

He’s so upset because Bibi is actually doing what he said he would, instead of mouthing empty slogans and then forgetting them.
This really is all Trump’s fault. He had this nasty habit of keeping promises. That attitude is catching on.
