Never was, for sure, but hardly harmless. This elitist a-hole is in a position to cost taxpayers billion$.
Same elitist who registered his yacht in VA, to avoid paying taxes in MA, where he lived.

Who approved this private citizen to negotiate foreign deals on behalf of the US?

Seems like a Logan Act violation.

Must be (D)ifferent.

98 % of the People will never have what the environmentally-Ill call a carbon footprint the size of the elites pushing a tax for a carbon footprint. Is simply a method for the elites to have the taxpayers buy the elites more things.

The solubility of CO2 in water is inversely proportional to temperature

Since CO2 is soluble in water and the oceans cover a majority of the Earth's surface, the oceans sequester more CO2 than any other CO2 sink.

Because of the inverse solubility of CO2 with temperature, the colder the oceans get, the more CO2 they can absorb.

Conversely, when the oceans get warmer, they expel CO2.

Atmospheric CO2 therefore follows global temperatures, it does not cause them.

You can see the yearly global atmospheric CO2 fluctuation as the oceans warm and cool with the seasons in the NOAA graph below.

The "settled science" that CO2 causes "climate change" is therefore criminal sophistry.

Intention is to keep developing nations poor and dependent on control by western financial structures. The Chinese however are becoming a real fly in the WEF ointment.

South Africa has a lively black market in coal, selling loads of it illegally to european nations who are desperate for it.

Kerry is not a private citizen. He is an official US government envoy. Paid well with your tax dollars.

Let me guess what the plan of the Ambassador to Climate (aka Lurch) is.

“Give third world thugs even more money.”

“He said that when the trees were big enough the natives would cut them down for firewood.”

Actually that is the only way that planting trees makes sense for reducing co2. Burn them instead of gas. If you don’t, they eventually will die and rot and release all the co2 they captured.

It takes 4000 gallons of Jet A to fill up Kerry’s Gulfstream G IV. But he is worried about the 25 gallon tank on my Ram 1500.

There you go again. You are letting facts contradict left wing ideology. :)

Oddly in the great tropical forests the dead trees are mostly eaten by termites. The main byproduct of this is methane CH4. In the atmosphere this is oxidized to CO2 and H2O. All potent green house gases.

What keeps the world in balance is limestone. It is CaCO3. It is deposited in our oceans by organic processes and chemical processes. Sea shells and microscopic shells of animals that live in the sea and plants such as algae. Some of it is by chemical precipitation.

All the great limestone mountains were once CO2 in the air.

"We believe you can have high-integrity, accountable, transparent credit which will help us to be able to put some money on the table," he said

They will put some money on the table and a whole lot more money under the table.
