The Biden administration has failed to comply with the House Oversight Committee’s investigation into President Joe Biden’s mishandling of top secret documents after promising the “highest standards of transparency” in United States history.
In a letter issued by the president on February 4, 2021, Biden vowed the highest standards of transparency would be “revitalized” and implemented within his administration.

For starters, I want to know who decided to have non-government lawyers muck around with the classified docs. Were these personal lawyers even cleared to see or handle the documents? This is surely not a normal situation, to say the least.

SNARL knows that no vice president falls under the Presidential Records Act. Of course they know the VP can in no way retain possession of Classified documents.
Only a President has; 1) the authority to keep and retain his presidential papers, and 2) the supreme authority as POTUS to declassify the classified, at will, and over whatever he wishes to retain.
POTUS Trump, for example, loved his “love letter” from Rocket Man, in North Korea.
He said so. Taking that personal letter upon his departure from the White House, many argue, automatically DECLASSIFIED it, but also, Trump had witnesses of an the oral declassifcation pronounced by Trump to Kash Patel and to another. I belive the other was Meadows, his Chief of Staff.

After the “gotcha” raid that had all of the holier-than-thou media wanting Trump in chains on a perp walk, this revelation leaves them nowhere to go with Biden... because even to them it’s clearly indefensible.
Sounds like somebody has forgotten that Biden is a liar.

The only reason that this whole morass was “discovered” was that the command from the #JihadJunta has been issued to take “Joe” out.. and so they will.. (he will not be impeached, he will resign.)
It’s not a high crime and misdemeanor. But they don’t want to even start looking into all the things he’s done that are. They impeached Trump for even daring to ask Zelensky about one of them.
