I think that's the perfect proof this is all a play being performed for the cameras.
Whether that's to take Biden out, or only for the DOJ to try to appear they're being fair with regard to Trump, or something else, it's too early to know for sure.
But if they (whoever is actually controlling this) were really out to get him, they would have raided at least something of his, or Hunter's, by now. Trump had his house raided, even his lawyers were raided. Biden's lawyers, however, are being presented here as equal to law enforcement.
I think the lawyers are scared. They know they will be thrown to the lions to protect the degenerate chomo and his democrat party. They are dancing to their tune along with the media protecting this nasty old pervert.
