Nunes, the former chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, told Fox Business’ Maria Bartiromo on Friday that special counsel Robert Hur tried to block the release of a GOP memo in 2018 that alleged the FBI abused its authority to investigate former President Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign.
“This special counsel that was appointed to look at Joe Biden is somebody we’re very familiar with,” Nunes said.
“He is a Russia hoaxer himself. And I think the Republicans better check in. He has a lot of explaining to do because he was involved in the letter that was from the FBI to the public that said that we were going to endanger national security if we release that, release the memo at the time,” Nunes added.
In January of 2018, as Nunes was wrapping up his investigation of the FBI’s surveillance of the Trump campaign, Hur was a member of the Justice Department team that drafted a letter to Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee pressuring them not to release the so-called Nunes memo over concerns that it could harm national security.

That rather over-rides the ‘He was appointed by Trump’ argument that has been thrown around. It took a long time to find out who all was involved in that.
Now, however, we - and Garland - knows.

This should be an independent counsel, not a “special” counsel. Problem is finding an independent.
And I believe US Attorney John Lausch is the one who helped Rod Rosenstein stonewall documents back in 2018.

This is a Totally Fake “Investigation.”
A few rooms out of a crazy total number were looked thru by Biden’s lawyers.
There have been zero searches. This is a Joke.
We’ve seen this over and over. Hillary told them when to interview her to clear her, her lawyers approved the few questions posed. The Clinton foundation and numerous other subjects were disallowed. She was not challenged on her answers. There were no follow ups.
Hillary started off by saying she never had training on Classified Documents - but the Agents had dated document’s with her signature acknowledging she completed the training; however, there was no follow up.
Interestingly, Hillary had 13 issued Cellphones she used to send and receive emails, including Classified Docs, but Hillary’s lawyers told the FBi that not a single one of the 13 phones could be found. She lost all 13, and was unaware of the date or location that she “lost” them.
I didn’t think that Biden’s AG would appoint someone who wasn’t on the same page.
I saw elsewhere here that he was also on the Muller group, and made his phone unreadable with the rest of them at the end of the project. He’s a swamp critter of the highest order.

I say that Bill Barr was the Bondo, John Durham the sander, and Hur is the spray paint. Everything will be nice and tidy and all covered up as soon as Hur is finished. No sign or evidence of the deed will be able to be discovered. No matter how hard you look.
I suspect the documents in Biden’s possession had something to do with the Russia collusion conspiracy cooked up between the Clintons and the FBI/CIA, and Obama, et al, along with some documents about Ukraine and the Biden family, and Trump’s impeachment re the Ukraine phone call. The documents have evidence of every guilty party, and the “powers that be” need those documents to finish the “clean-up” operation.
Biden may have originally had them as leverage, or they may have just been his copies that years ago it was okay for him to have. Maybe he has forgotten his involvement, and they don’t need that lose cannon out there who might say something, or let the documents be “handed down” in the family. They got Trump’s copies in the Mar a Lago raid. But now, they had to create a reason to go search Biden’s residences and papers to find his copies before they fall into someone else’s hands.
By golly, I think I’ve solved the entire mystery!

Subpoena his ass and all related documents. Let the games begin because the Lions of America are hungry!.
No one should believe that this “special council” hasn’t already guaranteed Biden a positive outcome. Otherwise, there is absolutely no way this would ever happen.
Look, Trump had No idea about ANY of these people that LYING RINO ADVISORS were pushing!!
