It sure would be a waste of resources if they put salt down for that small amount of snow. Probably never even stuck on the roads.
Around here, there wasn’t enough to stick to anything. You had to squint to see any flakes. It was mainly through the mountains that they had heavier snow showers though a few other places had some too.
It was just cold with a stiff wind here and that was enough to make me content to stay in.
