I was run over in a hit and run. Almost died in the hospital. The perp went on to get his fourth DUI but was never deported (he was an illegal).
Just my incident cost insurance over 1 million dollars.

Biberaj’s lack of prosecution will focus on hit-and-run, property, seemingly unaware that actually prosecuting those crimes could prevent some hit-and-run, PEOPLE, by getting these folks off the streets.
