This is my non scientific opinion, but being in good shape, eating healthy, and getting ample sleep is the best preventative.

If you get the horse paste, get the one with only Ivermectin and no other additives. Tubes have 250 lb markings. Very easy to estimate the right amount and a little over will not hurt. Best to start as soon as you feel the first sign of fever. Fever is the first and best indicator that something is up.
The side of the tube has a chart that tells you how much to use.

The same people who said it would not work, HCQ and Zinc did not work, ignored vitamin D, vaccines would end the pandemic, and masks would protect you are the people telling you that this drug, one of the most prolific worldwide, will harm you.
Think about it and make your own decisions.
Agreed-keeping to natural remedies/supplements and some OTC stuff-like Ivermectin from the ranch store-and having a job that requires some physical work outdoors is a good thing, too-you don’t see many obese people in a rural area with no fast/junk food for 20 miles-but the organic veggies, the free-range eggs and grass fed beef/pork is right outside or just down the road and tourists the only strangers. Most of us never masked up or shut businesses, and I don’t know of anyone who died or even became seriously ill with the Wuhan virus at any age-and we locals seem to be immune now, even with the RV parks and cabins all booked by out-of-state snowbirds for the Winter-there is a lot of good to a healthy natural lifestyle...
