AG Garland: We have found classified documents at Bien's residences. The president is cooperating fully. We see no reason for any legal action going forward.
Reporter: What about prosecuting Trump for the same thing?
AG Garland: President Biden had fewer classified documents and is cooperating fully.
Reporter: But isn't this the same crime:
