There must have been a whistleblower threating to come forward who knew about the classified documents. Only reason I can think of for this burst of activity which seems to have come out of nowhere.
Garland may appoint a special counsel to try to be seen as unbiased, but who cares, nothing will come of it. Biden-Good, OrangeMan-Bad.

The only reason any of this came to light is the Deep State does NOT want Biden to run again, this is to get rid of him
Another case of “they are doing what they are accusing you of doing”. It is comical how often Trump gets accused of something, everyone on the left gets crazy, and lo and behold, Biden (or some other prominent Democrat) is caught doing exactly the same thing.

The DemonicRats would gladly sacrifice the worthless Biden if they could take out Trump also. Attempting to nail both on classified documents would be fine by them. The problem is a VP cannot declass documents so he is guilty. Trump could declass the his documents and is not.
Having worked 30+ years in defense contracting, if I had done any of this, I would be punished to the full extent of the law (and beyond, if they could find a way to do it).
