Trump likely got screwed in 2020, but telling people on the phone “I need to find 20,000 votes” isn’t a good look. No matter the supposed context. And if the jury is partisan, possibly a big problem.

In the end, if J6 people were all armed, they could have had their Bastille moment. But we were just wanting answers from the Steal.
I read that this was a conference phone call and a closed legal negotiation. The votes referred to had already been determined to be fake. Trump was offering Georgia a quiet way out.
Some political operative selectively leaked portions of that conference to the, edited in a way to build the impression of intimidation. The outcry gave media and courts an excuse to foreclose all appeals for scrutiny.
