Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and advocacy group Children's Health Defense (CHD) announced a landmark suit against an "industry partnership" of legacy media outlets that they say "collectively censor online news."
Filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas-Amarillo Division, the suit names the Trusted News Initiative as a defendant. The organization includes established outlets such as the BBC, the Washington Post, and the Associated Press.

Plaintiffs are suing on an anti-trust basis, alleging "the TNI is a classic group boycott: 'a concerted attempt by a group of competitors' to 'disadvantage [other] competitors' by 'cut[ting] off access' to a 'facility or market necessary to enable the boycotted firm[s] to compete.'"
"While the 'Trusted News Initiative' publicly purports to be a self-appointed 'truth police' extirpating online 'misinformation,' in fact it has suppressed wholly accurate and legitimate reporting in furtherance of the economic self-interest of its members," the suit further states.

"The TNI did not only prevent Internet users from making these claims; it shut down online news publishers who simply reported that such claims were being made by potentially credible sources, such as scientists and physicians," they further claim.
Plaintiffs are seeking treble damages, a court order declaring the outlets' efforts unlawful, and a prohibition on their continued action in such manner.

Kennedy is always talking about COVID and vaccines as if they are the ONLY subjects being censored when in reality, the government is censoring political speech that runs counter to their left-wing narrative.
I’d have much more respect for him if he came out against ALL censorship.

He may be a dyed-in-the-wool Dem, but his science is excellent for a lawyer, he employs the best science researchers. He dug through those 55,000 pages and found 89 pages of side effects, Heart is #1. Cancer acceleration. Miscarriages, HIV, and Herpes are just a few.
He deserves respect for what he does.

I used to think RFK, Jr. was just another Kennedy but my mind changed when I read “The Real Anthony Fauci: Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health.” He’s doing good stuff on this topic.
He also plays prominently in Dr. Robert W. Malone’s book “Lies My Gov’t Told Me: And the Better Future Coming.” I’m in the middle of this and haven’t really gotten to the “better future” part.

His outspokenness against the vax must be having an effect on their marriage by now.
You just have to watch the clips of Fauci speaking about creating a cheaper vax technology. There are so many of them I cannot believe there is still a quest about his willingness to forgo safety and health for fame and fortune.
RFK Jr. is an interesting duck.
I think a lawsuit to be successful, it would need to be a more narrowly focused cause of action than all speech being censored.
He talked about how his wife was pro Covid vaxx. He said it affected things.
RFK Jr. is a rare bird of liberal circles.
