Over the last 35 years I have known three black guys that were continually getting stopped by the police. All three of them are some of the worst drivers I’ve ever seen.
The elephant in America’s living room.
Bingo.
What came first, the criminal or the cop? Sort of chicken and egg debate.
The thing with cops stopping black drivers is profiling.
Black people are generally low-income and low-influence and they can be stopped with impunity when a cop needs to meet a quota. The advent of body cameras and dash cameras is definitely affecting this phenomenon yet all the same it is true that cops will stop certain drivers when the only thing they’ve done is driving while black.
Here is a really awesome example where Florida cops stopped a black woman not for any traffic violation but because when they ran her plates for no good reason it came back with no violations. Which to these donut-munching retards was SUSPICIOUS!!!
Imagine that, a law-abiding black driver is SUSPICIOUS and that’s ‘reasonable suspicion’ to stop someone??? Huh???
In any case here’s the video...

“...But it is the other side of the coin.”
This was apparently common knowledge in the ‘hood. Much of the physical evidence against Simpson, the bloody gloves, against was found by Mark Fuhrman when he jumped/climbed the fence in order to supposedly ‘warn’ Simpson about the murder.
I can imagine the scene in the jury room: “Yeah, the detective jumped the fence to warn Simpson of danger and just happened to find some bloody gloves, we all know that’s BS.” I’m sure there was also talk of, “The Man is trying to take down a famous black man for having a white wife”, and all the other “We’re victims!” stuff as well. Don’t agree with it, but I understand it.
This is not to say that Simpson wasn’t guilty, nor that blacks in SF don’t violate the traffic laws ‘disproportionally’, but it does explain why many blacks, especially those who live on the fringe of lawfulness, think the deck is stacked against them.
The left automatically calls it racist. Perhaps another reason is they are “driving” in such ways they catch the attention of cops because of what they are doing. Heres some possibilities. Driving cars they don’t upkeep and repair, and are driving cars without working lights or signals. Rolling through stop signs and red lights. Driving like they are in grand theft auto. Trying to outrun cop cars. Leaving accident scenes they are part of. Hit and runs.
Corrupt cops don’t target just blacks. Speed traps and departments that plant evidence on people do not limit themselves to just one color/race of person to do that to.
So? Do away with all three crime categories. Anything else would be rassist.
Corrupt cops don’t target just blacks.
Doesn’t make it right of course.
Deploy the spike chains and leave the offenders roadside with four flats and their 9s...
Back when I was young, it cost me a couple of dollars to buy a headlight and I could do the work myself with a screwdriver.
A couple of years ago, I had to replace a headlight. Cost? Over $400!
So, yeah, poor people have trouble maintaining their cars, because it had become ridiculously expensive to maintain them.
Plus, poor people often don’t have credit cards to help them out so that they can get it done right away.
It’s not always just fecklessness, sometimes being poor is just really hard.
You could send them to Utah to learn how to drive.
Reasons why cops pull people over:
Driving too fast
Driving too slow
Driving the speed limit
LOL!!!
FBI RELEASES 2021 MURDER OFFENDERS:
BLACKS COMMIT 60% OF ALL MURDERS.
YET ARE ONLY 13% OF US POPULATION

If they stop breaking the traffic laws, they won’t get pulled over.
“SFPD disproportionately stops Black drivers. A proposed ban could stop that”
but wouldn’t banning black drivers be racist?
