How long we been keeping records and how exactly did they measure the temp? This year is the coldest in a long time in the NW.
Indeed, another lie of Goebbles intensity.
So, what’s the plan to fix it? Where is the risk mitigation strategy? How much will this cost? Who pays for it? Who gets the money? They have been at this for 40 years now so they must have a plan. How come no one is asking for it?
Until those questions are answered, this is all a load of crap.
They collect their data from reporting stations. Then they extrapolate “average” temperatures between stations. Years back they had the addresses of the reporting stations.
One guy went and took pictures of the reporting stations. Some were in the middle of asphalt parking lots. One was on the built up roof of a building. There were stations at the north and south end of the Andes mountains, so the temperatures of the high mountains were reported the same as the the higher temperatures at low altitudes.
There are satellites that measure surface temperatures constantly. These show earth’s temperature has been falling since 1998.
Well you’re nicer than I am… many times esp during winter I swear the temps they were reporting were higher than 2 of my reliable mercury thermometers.
Summer was a temp agreement, but the coldest days were out of whack. And either they are measuring by vehicle exhaust or a protected entryway.
I know they were measuring in a city space which is always higher.
I would like to see their measuring stations.
The fixed weather station is on the perimeter of acres of concrete runways.
It is sited within 100 feet of an auxiliary runway, and is less than 100 yards from a major runway.
Official daily high temps at the airport are almost higher than the real time high temps at local TV stations and the Weather Channel.
The TV stations do not try to conceal their lower temps, but they ALWAYS use the Airport high temp for their historical data.

I still don’t get how they can keep making these claims - when most reporting stations I personally am aware of show the opposite...
And lest we forget - the AlGore fraud film that selectively used data from reporting stations that were in far different settings - like thermometers situated directly over a/c units... or over pavement (where the historic data from the same location was NOT in direct sunlight over the pavement), etc.
But hey - whatever data they can cherry pick to try to prove their reasoning for taking power (and financially raping the USA).
In the Medieval Warm Period it was warm enough in northern England to grow grapes and make wine. Then during the Little Ice Age the River Thames in London froze every winter and they raced sailboats with runners on the ice. We are either going into another Little Ice Age or the real deal. Sunspot activity, which drives cloud formation on Earth, is decreasing. Fewer sunspots equals more clouds due to more cosmic rays reaching the atmosphere, cooling the earth. We know stars similar to our sun go through periods when there are no sunspots.
My farmer friends noticed we are having more clouds, not necessarily rain. I pointed out that there were far fewer sunspots. They agree now.
Also, they know that the temperatures at wind farms are about 1 degree C about surrounding areas.

A Texas region containing four of the world’s largest wind farms showed an increase in land surface temperature over nine years that researchers have connected to local meteorological effects of the turbines.
The land surface temperature around the west-central Texas wind farms warmed at a rate of 0.72 degrees Celsius per decade during the study period relative to nearby regions without wind farms, an effect most likely caused by the turbulence in turbine wakes acting like fans to pull down warmer air from higher altitudes at night, said lead author Liming Zhou at the University of Albany, State University of New York.

Satellite Data: No Global Warming For Past 18 Years
(CNSNews.com) – The Earth’s temperature has “plateaued” and there has been no global warming for at least the last 18 years, says Dr. John Christy, professor of atmospheric science and director of the Earth System Science Center (ESSC) at the University of Alabama/Huntsville.
“That’s basically a fact. There’s not much to comment on,” Christy said when CNSNews.com asked him to remark on the lack of global warming for nearly two decades as of October 1st.
The “plateau” is evident in the climate record Christy and former NASA scientist Roy Spencer compiled using actual raw temperature data collected from 14 instruments aboard various weather satellites.
CNSNews.com asked Christy why the United Nations’ climate models, which all predicted steeply rising temperatures over the past two decades, were all proven wrong.
“You’re going back to a fundamental question of science that when you understand a system, you are able to predict its behavior. The fact that no one predicted what’s happened in the past 18 years indicates we have a long way to go to understand the climate system,” Christy replied.
Note however that nasa or some gov agency “recalculated the readings” of one satellite claiming that it wasn’t readi g correctly, and violates, hey came up with warming for those 18 years. Yep, they threw out the actusl readings and invented new numbers o fit the agenda!
Global warming deals with surface temperatures as per NASA. Climate change is the overall narrative. The scientists had what differentiated the two. The politicians created the narratives to suit their goals.
