I’ll read a headline and on second reading realize it meant pretty much the opposite of what I thought it said.
Yesterday was a good example. “Identity of six-year-old’s victim identified. Parents want answers”. I thought that the six-year old shooter was identified and his parents were demanding know why. Turns out it was the teacher who was identified.
