I can’t imagine! Our rate is 7.4 cents/KWH, and hasn’t increased in over 3 years; and went DOWN the prior year...and we got a $222 capital credits annual refund in December.
Our co-op is basically debt-free, and is part owner of coal, natural gas, hydro, and (mandated) wind generation.
It’s not the Ukraine war that’s “sqeezing” it but rather filthy democrat politicians.
