Micki Witthoeft, the mother of Ashli Babbitt, the woman fatally shot by U.S. Capitol Police inside the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, was arrested Friday — the two-year anniversary of her daughter's death — after failing to comply with police orders to stop illegally blocking a primary access road to the Capitol area.
Reports say that Witthoeft, 58, had been apprehended at approximately 1:45 p.m. EST for allegedly committing two violations of the Capitol Traffic Regulations — disobeying a police order, and also blocking and obstructing roadways.
Witthoeft had apparently been grouped with a throng of protesters near the Capitol. They were reportedly blocking Independence Avenue, and didn't possess a permit to demonstrate on Capitol grounds.
Upon confronting the group, Capitol officers reportedly "established a clear police line" designed to preclude the protesters from moving further on Independence Avenue.
The protesters also received verbal warnings from Capitol Police, who instructed the group to clear the road, or face detainment.

Wow, it sounds like she led an armed revolution against the government, after all she has two arms. We will be much safer after the demoncrats and the FIB have sentenced her for 100 years in prison without trial or hearing. Oh, I heard that the FIB is offering a $500,000 reward for anyone who will testify that she’s the Jan 6 bomber and will also testify that it was not an FIB agent playing the part.
Remember what’s her face that blamed Bush jr. For her son’s death in gulf war? Ashley’s Babbitts mom would be plastered all over the media 24/7 if she was of a different party, skin color.
Even being female wasn’t enough to crack that media glass ceiling.
Just having the capital police at the right point/right time? Either an FBI-insider within this gal’s ‘team’ or the cellphone/emails are monitored. (There are probably a thousand Ray Epps out there...some even on Freerepublic).
Where are all the back the blue idiots? Once again...the blue does the bidding of their overlords in the democrat party.

I wonder why some crack lawyer (meaning greedy lawyer), hasn’t taken her case to sue the Capitol Police for wrongful death? There is ton of evidence to be ‘discovered’ in a court case.

First thought: doctors who asked about Covid jabs or discussed facts against them were threatened with the board looking at their medical licenses and hospitals questioning their abilities.

Lawyers are supposed to be woke since the day they got admitted to law school. The handful who are not (Heritage Foundation and a few other places) are rare.
There is a Society of Conservative Lawyers founded in 1947 but it’s in the UK. One here could meet in an abandoned Fotomat booth in the parking lot of a Dollar General store.
I admit it, there is also a Republican National Lawyers Association in the United States.
