What counts is the rules of the House will be completely changed, now requiring separate bills for each individual government department funding (negating future Omnibuses) and a minimum of 72 hours to review any bill before a vote.

We will see how long these lasts. Congress has ignored rule changes in the past. Such as citing the constitution passage that authorizes a bill, providing time to review the bill, etc. All went by the wayside in less than six months. Pubbie leadership is not trustworthy.
