Begs curiosity over how the regional/national economy functions with 500k reservists pulled in for duty.

If confirmed, the mobilization would risk a repeat of the unrest caused by Russian President Vladimir Putin’s attempt to press 300,000 Russians into service this fall. Not sure how they'll do that. This isn't the Soviet Union. If Putin goes too far, he'll get gunned down just like the Romanovs did during the Russian Revolution.

Sure, now let’s send them 3 trillion more in aid.

Ukraine’s deputy military intelligence chief, Vadym Skibitsky, claimed Friday that Moscow was considering calling up an additional 500,000 troops ahead of planned offensive operations in the spring and summer… So they would like lots and lots more money, please. Hurry.

Its just their way of getting Biden to cough up 500 billion dollars. Which he will, after realizing the Biden Crime Family kickback of 10% would 50 billion.

“Call up”.
But how many will run away?
The partial mobilization of 300k didn’t get anywhere near that number, this new call up will be even worse.
Russians do not want this war where they are invading a fellow east slavic eastern Orthodox country.
They ought to turn on Putin now

Russians are too stupid to successfully fight in a modern war.

FAKE NEWS. The Neocon supporters ASSURE us that all the remaining fighting aged men in Russia already left for other countries to avoid having to fight NATO in Ukraine.

Russia can call up how many they want, they have to actually employ them effectively to win. Until they increased the support to match the call up in training, transportation, replacing
1.5 million missing winter uniforms (to normal people in the real world, that is called a "clue" and a "bad sign"), the conscripts are just replacement cannon fodder.
