Ahhhhh… Judge Walker Elrod. This is the same judge who gave a stinging rebuke of the SEC a few months ago for unconstitutionally deciding what rights defendants get in civil actions the SEC initiates.

THIS is the important part.
Bump stocks, specifically, weren’t the main issue at stake.
The main issue was that Trump was the first President EVER to try to reclassify a firearm definition, via executive order, that led to a prohibition.
It was a horrible precedent, that left the door open for future Presidents to make similar changes, and prohibitions.
Hopefully this ruling puts that genie back in the bottle.
Actions on guns shouldn’t be taken by Congress either. SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.
